Overview
These terms govern the provision of freelance digital marketing services by Lets Scale, a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Lets Scale provides freelance digital marketing consultancy including, but not limited to, paid media management, search engine optimisation (SEO), app store optimisation (ASO), and LLM visibility strategy. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and fees are agreed in writing before work commences.
Fees and Payment
- Fees are agreed prior to commencement and set out in a written proposal or contract.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- Lets Scale reserves the right to pause work on any account with an outstanding invoice beyond 14 days.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to platforms required to carry out the agreed work.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that any advertising spend, budgets, or platform fees are funded and managed through their own accounts unless otherwise agreed.
- Lets Scale is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.
Intellectual Property
All strategy documents, reports, and creative work produced by Lets Scale remain the intellectual property of Lets Scale until payment has been received in full, at which point ownership transfers to the client.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues for 12 months after the end of the engagement.
Results and Guarantees
Digital marketing results depend on a wide range of factors outside of our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and client-side factors. Lets Scale does not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or returns. Any figures referenced on this website are illustrative of past results and are not a guarantee of future performance.
Limitation of Liability
Lets Scale's total liability to a client for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim. Lets Scale is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date is billable at the agreed rate. Retainer fees paid in advance are non-refundable for the period already commenced.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
Lets Scale may update these terms from time to time. The current version always applies to active engagements from the date of update onwards.
